Please read my cancellation & refund policy before booking onto a workshop.
Cancellation by you
You may request to cancel your workshop booking, for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. This gives us chance to offer the place to someone else.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email me quoting the workshop date and venue.
Cancellation requests made later than this may not receive a refund.
Cancellation by Lisa Burnage
If we must cancel the workshop for any reason, you will be notified, and we will offer you a full refund.
When you register for a workshop, you are agreeing to these terms.
